Price & Terms
Mobile-TAG is free to use for everyone. Advanced features like Mobile-TAG-Auto cost only about 1 euro and are valid for around 2 hours. This ensures that you only pay when you really need the service – no subscriptions, no hidden costs.
How can Mobile-TAG be free?
Mobile-TAG is financed by advertising revenue via ads and partly by in-app purchases, this makes it possible for Mobile-TAG to be free for everyone except for the Mobile-TAG-Auto service.
For Insurance Communication
Insurance companies typically require a clear summary of what happened. Reports created with Mobile-TAG can be shared via email as a structured PDF containing the information entered by the drivers.
The application does not assess responsibility or liability. Its sole purpose is to help drivers collect and organize information about an incident for their own reference or communication.
Mobile-TAG helps drivers organize and summarize information about a minor traffic incident in a clear and consistent way. The report structure is designed to make the information easy to read and understand, regardless of the language used.
The document reflects the information provided by the user and is not a claim form, legal document, or assessment of responsibility. Mobile-TAG does not replace any insurance systems and does not perform any evaluation of the incident.
Why password protection and encryption?
The report can be password protected to reduce the risk of unauthorized access if it is shared or sent to the wrong recipient.
For Drivers
Mobile-TAG can be used by drivers regardless of language. The app helps present the same information in a clear and understandable way for all involved parties.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with local laws and regulations.
Mobile-TAG is designed to support drivers in a stressful situation by making it easier to record and organize information about a minor traffic incident. The app focuses on simplicity and clarity, allowing drivers to complete their documentation quickly.
The information entered in the app is stored locally on the user’s device and is not saved in any central database or shared with third parties. Reports created with Mobile-TAG reflect the information provided by the user and are generated as read-only documents for reference and sharing.
Any information exchanged between drivers is handled within the app, and users remain in control of their own data. It is the user’s responsibility to manage, share, or delete reports according to their own needs.
Security
All communication in the app is encrypted in transit. Reports are stored only on the user's device until they are sent, and no sensitive information is shared with third parties.
Document Protection
Reports created with Mobile-TAG are always protected with a password. The app automatically applies password protection to the document to help reduce the risk of unintended access if the file is shared or sent to the wrong recipient.
User Responsibility
All information entered in Mobile-TAG is provided by the user. Users are encouraged to describe the incident as accurately and clearly as possible. Mobile-TAG does not verify, validate, or assess the information entered.

Mobile-TAG-Auto
Mobile-TAG-Auto is designed to help drivers document minor traffic incidents when language differences make communication difficult. The feature allows drivers to read and write in their own language while the app prepares the same document in the official language associated with the vehicle’s country of registration.
Mobile-TAG currently supports over 50 languages and works automatically without requiring users to change device settings or make manual configurations. The original text entered by the driver is always preserved alongside any translated text for clarity.
When multiple vehicles from different countries are involved, Mobile-TAG-Auto can help ensure that each party receives the document in the appropriate language. If the feature is not activated, the document is still created, but without translation of the drivers’ descriptions.
Mobile-TAG-Auto is optional and intended for situations where language differences would otherwise make documentation more difficult.
Mobile-TAG supports almost all European languages, and more language packs may be added through updates.
