Mobile-TAG respects user privacy and is designed to minimize the collection and handling of personal data.
This policy explains what personal data may be processed in connection with the Mobile-TAG services, for what purposes, under which legal basis, how long such data is retained, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Mobile-TAG is operated by Memo Systems AB, which acts as the data controller.
The Mobile-TAG mobile applications display advertisements using Google AdMob.
The apps are configured to display non-personalized ads only (NPA). This means advertisements are shown without using personal identifiers for ad personalization.
Google AdMob may process limited device-related information (such as device type, operating system, or approximate location) solely for the purpose of delivering ads, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies.
Mobile-TAG does not collect, store, or process personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact details for advertising purposes.
In regions where consent is required by law, consent management related to advertising is handled directly by Google through its own mechanisms.
Users may manage or reset their device’s advertising preferences at any time through their device or operating system settings.
The official Mobile-TAG website displays advertisements using Google AdSense.
Visitors may choose between:
Personalized ads (PA), or Non-personalized ads (NPA)
This choice is presented through Google’s own consent management platform. The website functions fully regardless of the user’s advertising choice.
Users can update or change their advertising preferences at any time through the privacy or consent settings available on the website.
Google may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising purposes in accordance with applicable laws and Google’s privacy policies.
The Mobile-TAG website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics solution that does not use cookies and does not track users across websites.
This analytics is used solely to measure aggregated website traffic and performance.
The Mobile-TAG app may use automated translation technology to translate user-entered descriptions and explanations within the accident documentation. Only the descriptive text entered by the user is processed for translation purposes.
Personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, registration numbers, or contact details are not automatically translated or used for profiling. Translations are performed solely to generate the multilingual document and are not stored beyond the creation of the document.
When generating a QR code, certain vehicle-related or contact information entered by the user may be temporarily processed to generate the QR code.
The app does not request or allow the entry of personal identification numbers.
Mobile-TAG does not sell or share user data with third parties for its own purposes.
Advertising-related data is processed exclusively by Google as part of its advertising services and in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be made available within the app or on the official Mobile-TAG website.
Mobile-TAG processes personal data only where a valid legal basis exists under Article 6 of the GDPR.
